  • Major in natural science or engineering

To be awarded to a transfer student, adult student, or graduating high school senior starting their first full year at Ferris State University

  • Minimum of 2.0 GPA

To be awarded to a graduate of Reed City High School who intends to pursue study in pre-med, pre-dental, or nursing

  • Academic achievement with a GPA of 3.5 or higher on 4.0 scale
  • 3.5 GPA or higher in science courses
  • History of service to community through school, church, or other service
  • Four-year college or university in Michigan

To be awarded to a graduating senior from Evart High School

  • A vocational education student who shows potential for future success
  • Participation in school and/or community

To be awarded to an Osceola County high school graduate

  • Participation in extracurricular and community activities
  • Rank in the top 25 percent of graduating of his/her class
  • Preference is given to students pursuing a degree in education
  • Preference is given to students entering their sophomore or junior year in college
  • Preference is given to students who show financial need
  • Constructive attitude
  • Ability to relate well to others
  • High moral character
