Throughout 2022, the Community Foundation worked to develop an updated strategic plan. Our process included analyzing extensive local research and seeking input from nonprofit organizations, community members, former trustees, donors, local leaders, and our affiliates and supporting organizations.
With this valuable data and feedback, we refreshed our vision and values and developed a strategic plan that will guide our continuing work in the community.
