To be awarded to graduates of Hesperia High School or homeschool graduates within the Hesperia School District

  • Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Preference to students with financial need
  • Preference to students who care for and help their community and those around them
  • Special consideration will be given to students who attend and are active in a King James Bible believing church including Rothbury Community Church
  • Students to submit a letter from the church pastor/youth pastor stating the extent of your church involvement
  • Students to provide a personal testimony of your walk of faith and relationship with Christ
  • If no applicant fulfills the criteria, the scholarship may be awarded to a past recipient of this scholarship who is currently attending college or trade school

To be awarded to students who graduate from a Newaygo County high school or Newaygo County residents

  • Scholarship is available to students enrolled in the welding program at Newaygo County Career-Tech Center and are pursuing a career in welding
  • Preference to graduates of White Cloud High School

To be awarded to a graduating senior of either an Osceola County high school or a home school student

  • ACT score must be listed on application (verification must be attached to application)
  • Participation in school and/or community volunteer service
  • One letter of recommendation written by a community member must be attached to application
  • Transcript must be attached to application reflecting the student’s GPA; it will not be used as a benchmark but will be considered with the other criteria
  • Financial need is not a criteria

To be awarded to a Newaygo County resident or a graduate of a Newaygo County high school

  • Student pursuing a special education degree

To be awarded to graduating seniors who attend All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont, Michigan

  • Students must be involved in church, school, and community

One, non-renewable scholarship to a graduating high school senior from Newaygo County

  • Preference is given to students who are academically successful, although not ranking among top performers
  • Come from middle-to-low income household
