- Must maintain a minimum of 2.5 GPA in an accredited certificate program, trade program, college, or university
- Awarded to a graduating senior from Newaygo and/or Grant Public High School(s)
- Preference to underrepresented applicants (i.e.: those of ethnic, racial minority, and/or disability)
- Preference to applicants with a G.P.A of 2.5 or above
- Preference to applicants with financial need
- Preference to applicants not eligible for Newaygo County Area Promise Zone funds
- Preference to applicants with good attendance record and citizenship
Awarded to a Newaygo High School graduating senior pursuing the study of and a career in mental or physical health
One two-year renewable award to a graduating high school senior from Newaygo High School.
- Demonstrates outstanding academic performance with a GPA of 3.75 or higher
- Participated in extracurricular activities other than athletics
One, non-renewable award of $500 to a graduating high school senior of Newaygo High School pursing an education or teaching degree.
- Award will be made the second semester of college after receiving proof of a first semester GPA of 2.5 or higher
Ten, non-renewable awards in the amount of $1,000 to Newaygo High School graduates.
