Bridges Out of Poverty Workshop

Fremont Area Community Foundation invites you to join us on October 16 to explore Bridges Out of Poverty. The free workshop will provide professionals and the community with insight into the dynamics of poverty and share strategies and approaches to prevent, reduce, and alleviate it. During the session, participants will analyze poverty through the lens of economic class and learn proven concepts, strategies, and approaches.
The workshop is designed for employers, community organizations, law enforcement, counselors, health care professionals, social service providers, educators, and other community members interested in reducing poverty. All participants will receive a copy of the book Bridges Out of Poverty: Strategies for Professionals and Communitiesby Ruby Payne, Phillip DeVol, and Terie Dreussi Smith.
