The executive director will lead and coordinate the operations of this multi-purpose collaborative body that promotes strong families and a healthy community through joint planning, collaborative service delivery, and information sharing among agencies and organizations. This individual will lead and grow the organization, facilitate the collective success of this countywide effort, and serve as the public ambassador for the initiative. Responsibilities will include supporting steering committee and workgroup meetings, fund development, communications, driving strategy, working with community partners, and data collection, analysis, and reporting.


  • At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience, including at least three years managing teams in a fast-paced and high-growth nonprofit, social enterprise, or business start-up environment
  • Skill in fundraising, strategy and planning, facilitation, project management, and communication
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, education, public administration, policy, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
