Please note that participants also need to attend Evaluation Boot Camp: Part 1 on November 8.

Is your nonprofit organization having the impact you intend? How do you explain that impact to organization leaders, donors, and funders?

Nonprofit organizations increasingly must demonstrate the effectiveness of their programs to donors, funders, organization leadership, and the people they serve. Join us for a free, two-part Evaluation Boot Camp that will show you how to transform this from a daunting task to one that can energize your organization.

Learn the skills you need to focus on results, build a culture of learning, and increase you organization’s evaluation capacity. This hands-on workshop will cover:

  • Basics of program evaluation
  • How evaluation leads to program improvement and learning
  • Developing measurable outcomes
  • How to share results with stakeholders

Evaluation Boot Camp will be held from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on November 8 and November 29 at The Stream in downtown Newaygo. This is a two-part workshop and participants should plan to attend both sessions.

Reserve your spot at this free workshop online through Eventbrite. If you have already registered online for the November 8 session, you are automatically registered for November 29.

Evaluation Boot Camp is presented by the Community Foundation and the Johnson Center for Philanthropy.
