Administrative Assistant

The Community Foundation is seeking an exemplary individual to support the Foundation Manager in serving the Fremont Area Elderly Needs Fund, Amazing X Charitable Trust, and three geographic affiliate foundations. Duties will include general office support, database management, drafting letters and other documents, proofreading, and drafting meeting minutes. May include limited travel within a four-county service area (Newaygo, Lake, Osceola, and Mecosta counties).


  • Minimum of an associate degree in office or business administration
  • Coursework in business communications preferred
  • One to three years of related work experience
  • Ability to compose or edit correspondence, tables, forms, and other documents and ensure accurate spelling, punctuation, and grammar
