We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills to provide general office and administrative support to departments throughout our organization. The Receptionist will provide a welcoming environment for guests, direct calls, maintain records and files, and draft and proofread documents. Expertise in front desk reception and the ability to organize and prioritize a variety of projects are required.


  • Associate degree preferred
  • Preference for training or related experience in creating forms, reports, and other documents and maintaining records and filing systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Position is full-time non-exempt and reports to the Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
